*PRICES*

Wholesale and retail price are indicated (shipping fee excluded) under each item.

Prices of all items are fixed.

You can get the WHOLESALE PRICE by purchasing 6 items and up.

(This can be assorted or same items unless the item has special indications.)

*ALL ITEMS ARE ON HAND*

All on hand items will be shipped to the buyer once we receive the full payment.

*NO RESERVATIONS*
Items will only be counted as yours once payment has been made.

Even if you already made an order but the payment is not yet settled, there will still be a chance that the item might be taken by another buyer.

BUY NOW - PAY NOW will save yourself from having your most loved items OUT OF STOCK or UNAVAILABLE

There will be a chance that the item that you order will be out of stock even if you have already settled the payment with us. For the out of stock item: You can choose to
A. Choose a Replacement/Another Item with the same price
B. Put the money in your Advance Deposit
C. Refund your Money
D. Wait for the restock to arrive

*DELIVERY*

How long will it take for me to receive the items after the payment is made?

We will process and ship the items the same day if payment has been made and inform us thru email before 10am. Later than 10am, will have the items process and ship at the next working day.
*no shipment on Sunday

Delivery time is usually 1-2 working days for metro manila and provinces after we ship out your order. (Delays will solely be on the courier part)

There maybe cases that some of the items will not be picked up by the courier because of overloading. We will be shipping it the next working day.


*SHIPMENT*

Shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer unless “Free Shipping” is stated.

  •     Other Provinces: P90.00 - P130.00
  •     FREE SHIPPING for every single purchase worth P1500.00 and up


We ship via:
  •     Margaux Express Delivery for Metro Manila
  •     LBC for Provinces



*TRACKING PACKAGES*

KAWAII FASHION will help customers track their packages with the courier once the items are out of the office.

However, in the event that there may be delays, KAWAII FASHION will not be held liable for the delay as this is already on the couriers part.

To track your packages via Margaux Express Delivery, please call (02) 454-2624, 0916-600-8709, 0946-590-3753, 0922-668-7916 and provide your tracking number, You could also track your packages in their website http://www.margauxexpressdelivery.com/

To track your packages via LBC, please visit their websitehttp://www.lbcexpress.com/ and select the track and trace button.

You can Track your package around 24 hours after we update your order status, chances are that the details are not yet updated in the LBC website.


*ADVANCE DEPOSIT*

Advance deposit is the amount of money that you deposited to us in advance that can be use as the payment of your orders.

*If you have advance deposit in your account we can deduct the payment once you made order and ship your items your order as soon as possible.


*NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE*

No return, No Exchange for Sale Items

Minor or Removable Stains on White Garments/Material Products are not allow for replacement.

We ensure that all items are in good condition and properly checked and packaged by our checkers before the shipment.

In case of Damage items, please send us an email with an attached picture of the item at Desire's Boutique Online Shop within 2 days after you received the items.

The Buyer should ship back to us the damaged item first then we will ship back the correct item.

For damage cases we will be replying Mondays to Saturdays only.
